spike wrote: any suggestions for kidney support?
I don't think kidney support can help here, because the problem is not with clearing the urinary tract, but rather the high blood-pressure causing damage.
Pump is pretty knowledgeable here, so hopefully he sees this thread.

How does high blood pressure hurt my kidneys?
High blood pressure makes your heart work harder and, over time, can damage blood vessels throughout your body. If the blood vessels in your kidneys are damaged, they may stop removing wastes and extra fluid from your body. The extra fluid in your blood vessels may then raise blood pressure even more. It's a dangerous cycle.
High blood pressure is one of the leading causes of kidney failure , also commonly called end-stage renal disease (ESRD). People with kidney failure must either receive a kidney transplant or go on dialysis. Every year, high blood pressure causes more than 25,000 new cases of kidney failure in the United States.
How will I know whether I have kidney damage?
Kidney damage, like hypertension, can be unnoticeable and detected only through medical tests. Blood tests will show whether your kidneys are removing wastes efficiently. Your doctor should order tests to measure your serum creatinine. Having too much creatinine in your blood is a sign that you have kidney damage. The doctor should use the serum creatinine to estimate the main kidney function called glomerular filtration rate, or GFR.
Another sign is proteinuria, or protein in your urine. Proteinuria has also been shown to be associated with heart disease and damaged blood vessels.
How can I prevent high blood pressure from damaging my kidneys?
If you have kidney damage, you should keep your blood pressure below 130/80. The National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI), one of the National Institutes of Health (NIH), recommends that people with kidney disease use whatever therapy is necessary, including lifestyle changes and medicines, to keep their blood pressure below 130/80.

But you can look at using horsetail "silica" which will help strengthen the kidneys and if you looking at other eastern medicine you can look at using Cordyceps Sinensis (dong chong xia cao), this is a type of fungus grown in china and is used in allot of different types of medicine. It is also advised to use Ganoderma Lucidum as they support each other.
Foods that help strengthen the kidneys are black beans and black sesame. The problem with this and being a bodybuilding is difficult as diets high in meat can cause further issue to the kidney as the kidneys are not filtering proteins, yes it is possible for protein to leak into the kidney but not noticeably (eg: wont show up in dip stick tests)
I see you BP has been giving you problems for a few months now (on and off) and I would really suggest you get yourself onto some BP medication as it takes some serious time for these products to stabilize in the blood. To be honest the Beta blockers I went onto (ontop of other BP med) has now taken close on a month for it to give me some standard readings and not bouncing all over the place.
Things that I find with myself that raise BP is coffe, stay away from it and replace that with green tea (yes it has caffeine in it) but doesn't effect the BP but on the other hand lowers my diastolic reading "which is the dangerous one".
You have to get things under control or you going to start seeing high levels of creatine in the blood..
Do you have bubbles in your urine ? I do know I asked this before you did start the first line of defence and started using a diuretic? If you have and its not resovled get to a doc and start looking at using a Beta blocker / ACE inhibitors or a Calcium channel blocker.
Maybe suggest to your doctor Zartan 50 to start with ? If not working ask him his thoughts on coaprovel 150. I doubt he will start you as high as that so hence the Zartan might be your second line of defence after trying the diuretics.
Growth hormones do lower you readings but I find it more so the systolic reading (which is a concern but not so much in your case) actually it is too high, if you where around 100kgs at your heigh I would say 160 is fine, it is too high.. So that is an option to lower it...
Other route I know works but isn't really dealing with the problem is Bromocriptine, you are going to feel sick the first few days and feel like you having explosions going on in your head (I get this twice) and wanting to be sick but it works extremely well.
To be honest if you don't KILL estrogen (large doses of Letro) I wouldn't touch DBol, its a steroid that just doesn't agree with me and if thats the case with you just don't use it, your health is more important to you.
The bottom line is its starting to get serious now and you need to start excluding things out of your diet.. The things I listed above can help with a kidney that is started having problems and it will only heal kidney cells that are not completely damaged, cells that are completely damaged (CANNOT) be repaired regardless of what type of healing method you using and the chances of going onto dialisis becomes a greater concern.
