Hey, anyone else got hit as bad as me? I had a cold for about 2weeks, felt better, trained for 2days, daughter got it, and then me again....after another 8/9days or so, I felt good, trained lightly, a day later, gastric bug hit me...just recovering from it now...not even of thinking of training at the moment!

Ja I got it since last week and I am in the middle of a cycle right now. I been man down totally for the past few days even although I had the flu shot. It's killing me pinning and thinking of all my juice going to waste cos I cant train.

vitamin c,rehydrate mixed into an energade half 1 3times a day,if u like u can add in some BCAA's to that mixture,at least it will replace lost elecrolytes and replenish some muscle glycogen,a good multi vitamin.drink loads of water aswell to keep the body hydrated...just let the body pass it all out but make sure u get the essential electrolytes replaced in your body,try and eat something that wont bloat your stomach or too high in fiber either to try and get some food in...sweet potato should do the trick.
