5 min Microwave Eggs

To those of us who are limited with time, here is a Egg solution....

5 min Microware Eggs.

I pre-mix 7 eggs (2 with yolks) the evening before.
Mix to individual taste (Aromate, Marmite, Worchester Sous, BBQ Spice)

Place in Micro on High Power +- 3 min(in Microwave friendly Tupperware)
Watch closely as it nukes
Take out a scramble, Nuke for further 20 sec
Take out a scramble, Nuke for further 20 sec
Take out a scramble, Nuke for further 20 sec
Take out a scramble, Nuke for further 20 sec
Until you reach your desired texture

Walla Microwave Eggs

It doesn't taste too bad, almost the real deal.

My only wonder: Does the Microwave not eliminate some nutritional values???

Microwaved eggs go grey and taste like rubber to me

Not trying to pull "7 minute abs" (),
but 3 minute eggs.

Put raw eggs in beer mug. Microwave on medium to low for a minute then stir briskly, repeat X2 then drink in one go.
It's still basically raw but all the bacteria (has been killed off).

I have exploded like 173 eggs over the last few years. Got to the point where I got banned from using the microwave and sick and tired of cleaning it!

And bump Beesting on the rubber thing - I hate stuff that taste artificial or not like the real thing.

But hey if you can make it work you are a better cook than me

Get at work just after 5am, pop them in the micro and chow 5 mintues later with a wake me up coffee..

The marmite gives it a ok-ish taste, and also hides the 'Beesting Grey'
