Thyroid excluded ! was created by Joey
Hy to all.

Was just wondering. Read an article about the advantage and disadvantage about cutting with thyroid stimulation.
It stated: Get your thyroid to start slashing fat for you.
Use these supplements:
Selenium, Olive Leaf Extract, Kelp tablets, L-Tyrosine, Maca, Coleus Ferskoli, Ashwagandha, Colostrum, 7-KETO DHEA...
Hmmmm... do ANY of these work without a thyroid?
Are there any ideas on how to make use of cutting if a thyroid has been removed (like mine). My parents though it was a good idea to loose my thyroid at a young age. Removed it without my conscent :).
Any ideas? :side:

Sorry, fuk my type-ohs (gotta get typing lessons). Yeah I meant a friend of mine, not 'mine'. The thyroid is one of the biggest hormone spender in the body and in some rare cases the thyroid can be removed if necessary.

Risks for thyroid removal are:

* Injury to the nerves in your vocal cord. You may have a weaker voice or a hard time swallowing thin liquids after surgery.
* Difficulty breathing. This is very rare. It almost always goes away several weeks or months after surgery.
* Bleeding and possible airway obstruction
* A sharp rise in thyroid hormone levels
* Injury to the nerves to your vocal cords and larynx. This injury can cause weakness or even paralysis on one side of your voice box and larynx. When this happens, you may have problems reaching high notes when you sing, hoarseness, coughing, swallowing problems, or problems speaking. These problems may be mild or severe.
* Injury to the parathyroid glands (small glands near the thyroid) or to their blood supply. This can cause low levels of calcium in your blood (hypocalcemia).

So I don't believ there are any pro's in this one! Hmmm... I guess it makes weight loss quite harsh. Any ideas or experts around this topic in here? :side:

Well, he did attend quite some gyming but as we came into the discussion about Ephadrine he said that all thyroid sims are out of question, since there is none! As far as the general appearance goes I would say he is chubby. Nonetheless, it also was a bash on the forehead for me. Eish!

well dude, l-tyrosine,kelp and selenium will all help with your thyroid,i usually put people on a concoction of those 3 things when they have over dieted so yes,but joey i think u need to look more into your diet first before worrying about that,u might also be over training etc, which will also lead to metabolic slow down and thyroid levels dropping...so he has no thyroid? he should using thyroid meds for that. tertroxin or ltroxin

Bump DJ-he must be on meds-he can just up the dose. As far as I know they give you T4 for replacement-speaking under correction, don't know anyone without a thyroid, just low thyroid function, that will convert to T3.
So he could use T3 to burn more fat as thats pure thyroid hormone-not like he has to worry about shut down
