Hahaha someone jumped me on this bloody franchise. I had a chat to the owners and the overspend about 400k on the total revamp. So far i have tried the place out and i must say better burgers than steers.

So now i am looking into this alot more intensive to see if i can open up one in randburg. The group had a major cash injection and they are expanding once more so i am really willing to take A MOERSE risk. money wise.
