Anxiety is one of the Equi sides, that's why it's advisable to go on a natural anti-depresant when on Equi if you experience this, also brings your mood down like depression etc. St. Johns wort is a good natural anti-depressant to try. Allot of experienced guys stay away from Equi as the depression and mood changes get a little out of hand, it's a great compound if you don't suffer from the above.
