yup... but you need the Hondata to control the power.. Dastek you will only get around 165kw.. the VTC makes a HUGE difference in power but only Hondata can harnis this. Thats insane, 149 is uber strong, at the reef anything over 90kw is strong! I mean my buddy has a golf which only makes 80kw ATW & still does a 14sec pass on da quarter mile...

I've owned a few cars an can say I really love this baby. Not many companys can claim this never once has Honda had a vtec failure an when bmw showed the world the thinnest wire ever used on a car Honda drilled right through the middle of it. They know how to make cars...

But there are great cars out there by all manufacturers but can't afford it. Eg new skyline r 38 GRINZ

I still think the S2000 is AWESOME. Can't wait to see the next gen of it.

Renault Sport is a stunning car. I was on my way to buy a VW Scirocco 2.0 TSI DSG last year in June when I saw this T5 on the floor. I immediately took it and saved R150K.

I have a Jetta5 2.0 TSI with a DSG box and they're also not that slow.

20 years old...
I suped it up with seat covers to hid the torn apolstry, and got some new hub caps when the previous ones got stolen. Also got an awesome radio that doesn't have a faulty tape deck. So I can plat my tunes when I'm cruising on the freeway.
When the shocks were worn I could brake really hard and it would bounce up an down like I was transporting snoop dawg.

Mazda 3 that is, 2 lt though, so not too bad

I come from a poor background, so spent months looking at 135s and S3s but just couldn't get myself to spend that much money. Doesn't help that I'm studying to be an investment banker and I worked out the depreciation and return of investment on buying a new car. I save to buy everything cash and even after I have the cash I'll take months to actually buy what I saved for, drives my chick mad.

we all could learn from that that car some some serious powa

s3 = drool only problem is its not rear wheel drive,the 135s on the other hand is super fun to drive... i have been fortunate to drive the Lumina SS and the Lumina SS UTE and all i can say is that bakkie is the ducks nuts if u have the money to spend on a long 2 door rocket..

I'll give you guys some good advice though.... Standardbank and I'm sure other banks have something called Vehicle Access Finance, its a separate account and costs R20 a month and you have to have at least R1000 in it at all times. BUT, what ever money you save in the account earns interest at the same rate at what you paying for your car. Which means the more you put in the less your monthlies are. The other benefits are that you pay no early settlement penalties just by having the account, worth it just for that.
