You are tall and light, why all the cardio in the morning, you're burning more than you're eating.
Your breakfast needs more protein, have some eggs with that. Better still drop the wheatbix and add porridge.
Why 1 body part per day? You need volume & More frequency to grow. I’d drop all the fancy crap and get down to basics i.e. 2 day split, upper body, lower body, rest (Don’t Train!)
You grow when you rest & recover, not in the gym.
5 set @ 5 reps (5 x5) Train heavy at 85% - 95% of your 1 rep max.
Stick to basic exercises, squats, deadlift, bench press, pull-ups, rows, etc. Don’t waste time doing “shaping” exercises, you first need to grow some muscle before you try shape them! Free weights only.
Stimulate, don’t annihilate. At your level, 2 basic exercises for “big” muscle groups & 1 exercise for small muscle groups is ENOUGH!
Run that for a while, you will grow.

personally i'd cut out the meal replacement shakes, why would u want to take in powdered food dude, rather have whole food such as chicken, fish, tuna, cottage cheese...
you can keep your cardio regime in the am,add some glutamine and BCAA's before the cardio session,i see u are trying to keep BF low whilst trying to gain some muscle.... i'd go for oats for breakfast instead of wheat bix, thats a personal option but then again i love oats and eat it 365 and have done so for the about 3 years now. add in some protein with your breakfast,4 egg whites and whole egg...if you like you could add in some fast acting carbohydrate drink pre work out with your whey to fuel you through out your work out. try keep your solid meal after your post work out shake with in an hour,i think 2 hours is a bit long to be waiting for food...
whey protein is very fast acting bud so u wanna try and keep your protein source at night to be long lasting,so why not have 20-30grams of whey mixed with half a tub of cottage cheese and a teaspoon of peanut butter(this is kevin coyne's wimpy shake, and trust me dude its awsome!)u will be getting a large source of casein protein and a good source of EFA's before your sleep which help keep u fed during your sleep.
training : dude why not try the max ot program, really awesome program to follow and if u follow it right you should manage to grow nicely..
