I don't like creating new threads so I'll ask my question on here and thankfully it is unrelated to Mr.BBG(LoL).

I was reading a bit of Dave Palumbo's Q&A sessions. And in one of them he recommends to use glutes, delts and wait for it ... lats to inject. The says that the quad muscle is too dense for injections. I've also read somewhere that when injection into the quad the availability of the steroid is less.

Could somebody please shed some light on this as I'm going for a 17 week stint and I'm sure that I'll need more than four (glutes + quads) sites to inject.

Personal experience quads have been a godsend,I have been on ed sometimes twice a day I M inj for awhile I rotate delts pecs quads ,can't say I have any problem with and at one stage was limited to quads only and my gains were decent and consistant.

Did a glute shot last week thursday that didn't go to well,was shaking so much it was like getting a tatto and I am suffering for it now eeeiinnnaaa

What size needles would you use to inject in the diff areas of your body?

25guage 1" pins quads orange ones
25gauge 0.5 " (I think they 0.5) pins pecs delts orange ones as well

Works fine with pgw tren ace and test enanthate and eq consistancy.although I thinbk yohimbe suggested to me I use thicker pins so there isn't such a rush out the other end which produces some mean lumps lol
