I drank about 1.5l of water during my workout. Its been about 3hrs since i got back from gym and ive still got the same taste even after i have eaten and had my shake?
Dunno if i am alone here but has anyone had this before, what causes it? Im thiniking its something related to blood sugar levels or something?

If you always put limit on everything you do, physical or anything else. It will spread into your work and into your life. There are no limits. There are only plateaus, and you must not stay there, you must go beyond them.

But not much lately.
I think it has something to do with pre-workout drinks.
(I also drink between 1-1.5l water during training and then have this sweet taste.)

Nah its like this constant sweet taste in my mouth, its quite strong. Even after eating it slowly comes back.
Like N3rd says i think it has something to do with pre-workout drinks and the artificial sweeteners added to them.
Ill check my blood sugar in the morning to make sure things are ok. Just did some searching in google and came across some stuff about diabetes

Lets assume my dinner was Meat, veggies and very little carbs at 7pm. At 11pm I have a whey shake with water.
Wake up, Ganic-f and off to gym, no meal.
This would cause ketones, right?
And I did this for a month or 2...
(Plz don't crit this choice I made.)
