I cycled mostly on 10mg/day, one week on 15mg/day but it was too much so went back down to 10mg/day. It was very effective, no sides in terms of the lady stuff and strength was up after 3.5 weeks. I split the caps but emptying one into a 5ml syringe and sucking up approx 3.5 ml of olive oil (enough to give a total vol of 4ml), then I would take 1 ml in the morning and 1ml approx 8 hours later (usually pre training). U have to mix it well in the syringe as it settles but that way you know the var and filler are evenually distributed. I gained six kilos of muscle mass and today I still have not lost any of it. Entire cycle was 11 weeks.

On friday I started cycling 5mg/day to help cut and harden as I dont want to gain much more at the moment (as I have not lost any muscle mass), just running it as an experiment, will run for three weeks and then drop to 2.5mg/day and maybe back to 5mg a day if I see 2.5mg is too low

But for your girl, I think 10mg is more than enough, 20mg of LP will be too potent

No I didn't inject it. If you want you can just split the cap on paper or something but you dont know how evenly the var and filler will be distributed. It's a B**** to prep but its the only way and u get used to it

Oh I also tried mixing it into pure ethanol but the filler doesnt dissolve and it doesn't go down well, the olive oil (or any oil) worked best

Well I was running Clen too, diet was pretty clean but not clean enough, but carbs were very low and still managed to gain muscle but I believe that it did help me cut (I did not know my bf% and still dont know today). But I will see how this experiment goes and update you all if it works out well

ok what about if I mix the cap into 3.5mg BCO can I inject that?
