new look to the site...

Did anyone notice the new look to this site? kinda cool, will take a little bit of adjusting, I personally dont like change too much, once i get used to something, I kinda like keeping it that way! lol, silly ol me!

yeah bud it does look cool, and like you said it will take some adjusting, im still a newbie, so it shouldn't be hard for me, but you platinum boarders might have a tougher time...

all in all, it does look fresh!!

at first I thought it was this $%^&#ng web browser screwing up the page, then I saw the different picture.

Honestly i think the old look was way better neater and looked way more proffessional....Forum looks like a drawing board now. Just my 5 cents

I'm glad that most are happy with the new design. Today is the first time I've seen the finished template in action and I think it is great improvement over the previous one. It does take getting used to, but that is only because we've looked at the old one for over 3 years.

Both have their plus and minus points and the only thing I'll miss from the old template is the liquid design, that allows it to adjust to the resolution of your screen. The new one is allot more modern and less tricky to integrate with new components.

I will completely rebuild the site when the stable Joomla 1.6 software becomes available and this template was designed to be tableless so that integration will be much easier. The old template was a conversion of Joomla 1.0 to Joomla 1.5 and now this one will go from Joomla 1.5 to Joomla 1.6

I dont like it to much.

Kinda looks like it is toO blown up or bubbly or something.

If that makes sense . When I zoomed out with firefox a bit it looks tip top tommy.

Yeah, I miss the recent threads table too...
But the Recent discussions, kinda makes up for it.

I also think it looks a little bubbly,
but anyways it looks nice, I like it.
(like the templates I used for my projects )
