Shame ol Loui Firigno *(spell) always felt a bit sorry for him, not firing on all cylinders and Arnie playing mind games with him despite the fact. Watching that movie back in the day, kinda lost some respect for Arnold.
ALWAYS a pleasure watching MR Coleman lift some "light weight"

I'm flabbergasted Mr. Bodybuilder Guy! That's just chicken talk. Mind games are as much a part of Bodybuilding as any other sport.
Sorry if I offend you
Its just my point of view

but, if it were anybody else I wouldnt really have cared much at all. Just sticking up a bit for Loui I suppose. He seemed a bit on the slow side, and I think Arnie could have left him out of the whole mind games thing.

My uncle trained with them when they came here for that Olympia in 1976. He said Arnold wasn't very easy to understand, but they were great friends with Mike Katz and he helped them allot for their shows ect...

Watch "iron and beyond". Arnold explains everything in it, he didn't have to play mind games with Lou, because he knew Lou was no threat to him.
I have lots of ideas. Trouble is, most of them suck.
