Detoxing and Ozone treatment

I'm a gadget freak and got this ionic foot spa thing that detoxes the body. As seen in newspapers/magazines - brown muddy water thats left after 30 min of use.

Question is, how will detoxing affect one's progress, I'm currently on a AAS cycle and felt quite weak after using it for the first time. Maybe I should have started the detox before the cycle.

I'm also using an ozone therapy machine that should be a good thing for getting one's receptors clean, any comments on this.

I don't believe that those foot spas do anything other than clean your feet and sending electrical current through them. I think the water gets brown because of electrodeposition by reacting with the minerals on you skin.

What is ozone therapy?

Its a machine that creates ozone with a pipe that goes into water (bath or footspa) that sends out ozone enriched oxygen in the form of bubbles.

girlfriends making me go for one tonight.. will let you know. Not sure about the cleaning of the receptors... but hey, if i come out looking like arnie, i'll take that back! lol

Whatch out for ozone therapy, ozone gas is very toxic if inhaled in fact in the USA ozone generators and ozone therapy have been prohibited and doctors can loose thier medical licences for prescribing this type of therapy ,I think your money would be better spent elsewere.

well, i survived the machine that looks like it should take you back in time.

My feelings concerning Ozone:

1) Its expensive (-+ R150.00 per half hour session)
2) Its like a cramped sauna, only smaller
3) It doesnt take you back in time.
4) Looks like an egg. but you cant eat it.
