Hey guys if u live in the hillcrest/gillits area u now do not have to travel to kloof or waterfall to train since Muscle & Fitness is opening a new double story gym with a pool in gillits somehwere.. They also planning on opening one in maritzburg for those peeps that live there. :woot

Ahhhh okay! awesome.... Yeah but i saw this questionnaire thingy when i walked into the MF waterfall gym the other day on the counter there was a clip board saying "are u a discovery member?" im guessing they gonna maybe strike a deal with discovery or something.

Vitality members can claim their points from attending M&F but as far as i know there is no discounted membership
