Many thanks to the forum! :-) was created by vision
Hi everybody involved with this forum... :-)

I would like to say thank you to all the guys running the forum, people like Admin, Netro, Djsaeye.. etc...

You guys have been a great help! And I have only been successful in using your information.

Yesterday evening was the first time I was able to inject myself during a cycle, had to-do some tuffining up ;-) But it was about bloody time, not so bad at all... once the needle is in!

The first time I joined this forum I was at 180cm, 72kilos... I am now at 85kilos and growing fast... I even got the girl of my dreams, she said I look like a whole new person... last time I saw her was 3 years ago...

Still perfecting my diet and learning new things everyday!

My advice to any newbie here is to listen to the guys and know that there intention is only to ensure you do things right.. You either give it 100% or you don't bother at all.

There are many forums around the web, especially older ones, but none has been so personal and informative as this one. I feel like I can always rely on some of the people I met on here to put me back on track. I may not always follow there exact advice, but I learn from my mistakes and try again.

All I have learned has changed my life in many more ways than just building muscle, but discipline and a-lot of respect for all the guys out there competing!

Many thanks once again!!!

*smile* nice post...

just becarefull that gear doesn't change you to much and causes you to develop other issues, agression / short temper, big head / ego issues and the list goes on... stay humble and the larger you get the more placid you should get as you have less of a reason to prove yourself to anyone.

Just don't give up when life throws you a curve ball. Confidence is high now and things are going well. But when the girl of your dreams start fucking a petrol attendant, your short on cash, and get demoted, it's very easy for some who base their life on this pseudohappiness to lose touch with reality. In this time you can easily lose all of your gains...

That being said I'm glad your happy. Not everyone will listen to all the good advice but hopefully with what you've learned you wont kill yourself...

Sorry if I offend you
Its just my point of view

Thats so funny :) but very very true ... its easy to slip of the horse and damn hard to get back on once you've been lying in the dust for a while

But that said, congrats cause you have earned it

Nothing worth doing is ever easy.

I like the way you think. Either a lot of experience of ample wisdom....
