I get them badly; and i have KIDS. That means the pantry's got sweeties, chips, cookies etc.
Down a whey shake, eat an apple, drink some fridge water.

Hey ogre
When I diet for a comp I take a tablespoon of peanut butter at night. I have it completely on its own, or with my last protein shake for the night and i find it satisfies my carb\sweet cravings. Your best choice is probably the Yum-Yum suger free kind. Give it a try - just make sure that it doesn't push you over your calorie intake for the day.

You can also try a supplement containing Hoodia Gordonii - it apparently cuts cravings and appetite. Supplements SA's Pink Lipolean is a good product, I have heard great feedback from users.

100grams of macadamiam (spel) nuts and a whey shake mix in water will curb u good, and u get then some good fats, that will stay with your muscles long into the night, and good protien that stays in the systym longer to feed your muscles into the night.

look out for peanut butter if its solid dont take it,coz its all hydrogenated oil, thats saturated fat, u need healty fats, look for all natural peanut butter, the oil should be sitting on top, and the butter should be like liquid, then its good!

decafe dude, with skim milk...seems to work pretty darn well...will also say if u mix whey protein, teaspoon peanut butter and some cottage cheese you gout yourself a kick ass protein desert...and its got casein so u will be slow releasing protein into the night...you can thank kevin for the pudding idea,he usually adds water to make it a shake,i rather have no water and have it as a bed time pud :)

Look at the post on the wimpy shake, tastes just like their milkshakes

It is not what car you drive, but the size of the arm hanging out the window.
