Detoxing your body was created by acidkidsa

What do you guys/girl for detoxing your body?

If I have a few beers on the weekend, I often try detox as much as possible on Sundays.

Generally I just drink loads water and eat fruits.

I have heard of Epson Salts but never got around to buying some?

Never fraternize with them as equals, never accept them as your social equals or they will devour you, they will destroy you.

I think its citra soda for your kidneys. Not too sure what to do for your liver. Epson salts, hmmm, that should clear out your tummy i thing!

For the liver, milk thistle is best. I have used Citra Soda before,but it makes my stomach upset.

I just drink tons of water, maybe some energade to replenish lost electrolytes, double up on vitamin c (antioxidants to clear up free radicals produced when drinking alcohol, green tea is good too) and lots of fresh fruit and veg with a multivitamin, and sometimes fruit juice. I might take milk thistle too, but depends on how much I had to drink

I heard your body is pretty good at detoxing itself providing you drink allot of water and eat correctly. Your liver and kidney do a pretty good job of keeping you healthy and toxin levels at a minimal, providing they operate properly.
