6 foot 3, he is said to be South Africa's heaviest bodybuilder...

He had an operation that prevented him from competing... If you guys ever come to Port Shepstone, come to Super Bodies gym and you can see him there....

He has been SA Champ and I know for a fact when he is ready for contest after recovery he will shatter anyone on stage... He was over at World Champs in the UK 3 years back with the SA team...

my mate andrew lange is front cover of the zigzag.... killed me when I saw that in CNA.... I did go down this winter and have some surf and will go down for 3 weeks in december... even though it will be flat and brown and raining... its fine... just hop in the water with some of my bois

lol... as a surfer we have all had close encounters with sharks... thats why I support the sharks rugby team

Its just pathetic.... oh we a better team than you... I want to see you hop on the rugby field and win a match... not ride on the glory of a 'team'.... be gracious in victory... It's like me wanting to fight againt somebody because I vote a specific bodybuilder.... also the bottom line is, its local fun, sharks don't hate the bulls and visa vera.. its the supporters.. hope that comes to a stop soon...

I'm thinking there must be a heck of a lot of fats in there for that keto diet. I often keep my protein at around three hundred and move other values around based on calories. Surprised to find his there...
