@00pump, I am scared to give any compliments. Earlier today I complimented you on your excellent Q+A's and my karma was taken away and my post deleted.

I think that's prob because Admin asked that the thread only be Q's and A's... No comments.

I was gonna start posting there today but seems the pumper has started covering that base already.

Sorry this might sound completely silly but whats this karma being taken and given back im not gtting it a all . Looking good there maximus but forearms need work. Good shoulders too

thanx guys. but as i said these are pics from 2 years ago. haqve given forearms attention since then, but somehow that is the only lagging. driving me nuts.

here is the second pic that wasnt added yesterday. this is also in 2007. at that stage i was around 100kg. as from today and two years later im 121kg. (File Removed)

Its thumbs up or down. If ppl like ur post you get a thumbs up and ur karma goes up and vice versa. Yours is at 2 right now. Look at the top of your old posts and you will see your karma
