Think bodybuilder.co.za got hacked, this is what I found going there:

I noticed this 2 nights ago, sent mark a text, he's working on it, pretty random though:blink:

BWHHAHAHA , oh shit these IT geeks make me laugh. Who care about them they do the most random things an expect this out rage. "Do you fear they have come" OMG say it isnt so , what next flooding my inbox with spam! Or better yet changing the background on my PC... These guys need to get a life. So sad.

Yeah, also noticed it.

It's weird that they got hacked, usually hackers will go for the bigger websites like microsoft.com, but then again hacking Microsoft is looking for kak.

Spoke to Mark just yesterday - he was saying that he was working on a total new site....

haha, sql injection related probally or some lame code issue. Most open source applications like Joomla need to be updated often. Since the PHP application like Joomala or what ever itself has the insecurity and obviously not related to the server Nothing to fear, its an easy exploit/vulnerability and those kids haven't got the foggiest idea what hacking is

Oh lol yeah I am still alive on this first cycle. week 3 starting tomorrow. *smile* everything is going just dandy, except over training a bit and got some injuries.. nothing cant deal with

Joomla is very secure, the problem comes in when you install badly coded 3rd party plugins/components.

Admin, pls don't make that mistake, this site is probably the best in Africa when it comes to gear and all the other bb compounds. Must say MS's site did not measure up to all the promises that it would be bigger and better than the previous version, quite dissapointed about that cause he has a wealth of knowledge. Also got a bit peed off when some threads started being cock fights and it was a bit of a thing to see who could be better at advising and I think that's what sets this site appart, we are all humble here and we do get it a little wrong sometimes and when it's pointed out we take it ob the chin. We also learn from each other and respect the different opinons. I have learnt more here since being a member than any other single board or group i have been a member of, stuff I can really use in cycles etc. We have a solid foundation of members who not only know the chemistry behind compounds, but also have real experiences to share and have made all the beginer mistakes and thus others can benefit from that. Just a thanks and big woot to all for a great forum

We have some of the most knowledgeable people here that you'll find in SA and this website would not have made such good progress without them...

I absolutely hate forums like BB.com and steroid.com... I've seen so many guys that ask valid and interesting questions there, just to get flamed for no reason. We have a community here that are very respectful to one another. There is nowhere else you'll find such a high concentration of extremely useful info...

I have learned more by reading this forum than I've learned from any of the steroid books that I own.

There is one person in particular that I have to thank and that is Precision (Ant...) When I started planning this site, he was the only manufacturer that believed that this site could work... none of the others wanted me to showcase their products.

I've been a member on bodybuilder.co.za for a very, very long time, although I've never used their forum... I remember reading about PGW on the old site and thinking; what the hell is that? A week later, I decided to give their products a go; and I've never looked back.

Thank you to everyone that have contributed to this site.

slow down a tad dude,those little injuries will eventually turn into bigger ones...i got such ac joint issues from a little injury that i thought i could just train through....not a good idea

i would also like to agree with netro on this...i have been able to ask questions on this forum that may seem to be sorta like old hat to some yet to others its like reading arabic...very glad that u pointed me in the right direction a while back admin,it was when i was asking on BB.com about reverzine... once again thanks all for the help
