WARNING ON GEAR DOCUMENTARY

Hi All,
Just got an sms from a good bud of mine as a warning. Basically 3rd Degree is doing a documentary on juice, much as Carte Blanche did and am sure we can all remember that little incident. SO, I extend this warning to you and hopefully it will filter through the necessary channels, be careful and aware of any "new or potential" clients as I am sure they will try and expose you much as Carte Blanche did.

i see juice as being less harmful than smoking cigarettes,dagga and booze...personally i don't see it as a dependency producing substance...the food on the other hand is another story i am addicted to eating... why don't they honestly just try and keep their noses out of the gyms and their noses on the scent of thieves,rapists and politicians...

i mean people smoke and drink for their own pleasure,why cant people do the same with juice?

When will the program be broadcasted? I would like to have a look at it....

Dj i agree, after giving it some thought i came to the conclusion that the catalyst to all these nuances is young "kids" getting involved in substance abuse on all levels. Then it makes good news. As an adult you have a choice, not news worthy, but when kids as young as 14/15 dabble in sh&^ that they know nothing of the media will try and nail our asses to the wall. Simple economics really.

Not sure Doc, will keep an eye out and they did one in middle 2006, but that was more around athletics and substance abuse.

You will not believe how big impact the TV has on us. A few weeks ago there were a lot of talk about steroids on the Afrikaans soapie - 7de Laan and our site visitors increased by about 10%.

well netro i was about to ask that...i dunno,we are just talking about the stuff here,if u go out and use that knowledge then its in your own hands....we have a wonderful thing called freedom of speech,and we are not making any harmful comments on the characters of others.unless u are talking about that thread about the ME winstrol issue

I know, but we do advertise gear here and that may be an issue. Pity there are no lawyers as members. As for the ME winny thread, we are all entitled to our own opinions and why should it differ if we comment on a gear cycle than if we comment on a persons integrity. We will all agree to disagree and have our own opinions on things and people. Freedom of speach is great, but you know how journalists are, look at what CNN did to Cena when they asked him if he takes steroids and how they twisted his response.

well u can advise people dude.u are not supplying illegal goods *cough**cough* but u are just people with the knowledge,if u are informing people of where to get products then it can be seen as trafficing etc. you can talk about the shit as much as u want but unless u are supplying information about where to get and who sells then its gonna be a problem i guess....

it like going to your pharmacist and asking him about schedule 6 medication,he can tell u all about the shit,there is no harm in that,but if he supplies u with the goods then its a problem,like you know know everything there is about narcotics, you can tell people if u are gonna take drugs,take pills and cocaine before taking tik as tik is the one u are going to get addicted to...there is only information being passed around no products being passed around...

yea dude,i know how u feel,this is like my little juice comfortzone,i have learnt masses of information since i started reading and participating in the forum....

i am a Public Relations Student,and i know exactly how to twist stories damn u gotta love being taught how to swing things in a positive way! i mean how many of u guys have heard from reading media articles that steroids make u get shrinky winky? ffs i dont think my man memeber has shrunk since i been taking AAS,but odviously know that your testicles do untill u hit ur PCT.also everyone that takes steroid suffers from roid rage? well depends,on what u take..media are full of shit and they like to bend the truth into causing a shock factor that makes people stand up and go WOW... dont stress,we still gonna do it,with heat or no heat...

I watched a 3rd degree show once , was moved and raised money for the victim. I contacted them telling them my intent , that basically I wanted to give the family on the previous show some cash to support them. You cant call them you can only email and fax them.

They never got back to me and I gave the money to my Church.. I like the way they Persecute people like government , police , eskom ect for not doing anything ( which is right) but they themselves in my instance did nothing to help that family other than air their story. Whats up with that?

A friend of mine is a personal trainer and also sells supplements etc. - like most do. Last night a woman asked him for Winstrol for her son. His school rugby team coach told her to get it for him. Needless to say, she was really pissed when he told her what it was.
This is the problem; some idiot whom school kids look up to suggesting steroids not knowing a single thing about it.

What a dick, that's why they should bring stoneing back! Imagine if he just gave her the stuff and the boy landed up in hospital, guarantee you the coach would be mum towards it. Fucker, you know, I really get angry when I hear thing slike that. I too have been approached by parents and have turned them all away and they probably got it from somewhere else, but I can at least sleep at night knowing I did not contribute to some kids demise.

It's actually quite scary what some parents are prepared to put their kids through ...... still recon they should bring back stoneing, worked in the old testament and don't see why it won't work again

Morally and ethically, I should be here to tell you dudes not to use anabolic steroids - but I know I'm just pissing into the wind.... That's why I rather give you as much advice as possible so that you don't $%@& up your health.
Let me tell you another thing - the average boarder here, if you have hung around the last 5 months since I started posting and have been paying attention, knows more about the biochemistry of AAS's, than the average GP in South Africa.

Will probably get my arse nailed to a wall for that statement....

Doc -- YOU are the FIRST Doctor EVER that I have come accross that actually REAALY knows whats going on,, with respect to AAS,,( I have met another, who knows a little), and It is Great to have someone like you online here,, keeping us reclkess self testing labrats under control..

As is usual, bodybuilders that that mind their own business and do their own thing will no doubt be harassed. This is quite annoying and once again we see, like with Carte Blanche, that what happens under the banner of investigative journalism is in fact nothing more than sensationalism. I mean really, is there nothing else that should rather be investigated before steroids? How about a program on top executives that are responsible for thousands of peoples salaries every month, snorting up kilograms of Cocaine every weekend? Or how about what happens to all the sharks caught in our nets every year? Or why ESKOM execs are paid millions in bonuses while we sit in the dark (no - you did not get an answer on that one when you ivestigetd them.) Hell, I've got a list that would keep you busy investigating for a decade. No, lets rather bug the guys that train in the gym everyday.

I believe in rights, so I cannot deny anybody the right to investigate whatever they want, but remember that you also have the right not to cooperate with things you don't believe in. if you are involved in steroids then be warned - these guys are looking to use you for their TV program, make no mistake about the fact that they don't give a shit about you or steroids, but only about getting as much sensation as possible. Keep you eyes and ears open and steer away form people that are suspicious.

As with Carte Blanche, guys where warned well in advance about selling steroids to minors and they got caught because they where greedy and unethical so no sympathy from me if you get caught. But the rest of the guys that does not deserve to be harrased, you have my sympathy. To the guys that think there is a story here, take it from me, there is nothing sensational about steroids, it's not a narcotic and it not addictive and certainly is not a case pop a few pills and you look like Arnold, it takes years of blood sweat and discipline to get into peak shape using steroids.

If there are people out there doing other sinister things under the steroid banner, then by all means we would like to know who they are.
