What other sports do you follow?

I would like to know what other sports (Not Bodybuilding) you like playing/competing in or just like watching on TV?

I'm a big fan of motor sport, I think it is because I grew up in the veld when my dad used to race in off roads.

But my main sport of interest is Formula 1...

Not sure how long the sport will survive with mad Max Mosley as FIA president and greedy midget Bernie Ecclestone.

I love my F1 as well.

I support either a German driver or car. No specific team .
Even thought I do like Meclaren.

Rugby is good as well , but only if its a international game with SA.

My sports would be:
F1
Rugby
Ice Hockey
Boxing
Mixed martial art
Rally

I only sports I did was Ice Hockey and boxing .

F1 to the max,i have taken a liking to the new Brawn team...i used to be a Ralf Schumacher fan but never really followed drivers after he left more the teams,moved to the mclaren team but the brawn team is top notch so gonna be giving them my support from now on.

I like watchin a little champions league soccer, super 14 rugby, and cricket, i actually play a little bit of club cricket, at the lowest level, lol...

As for F1, i was a big Ferrari/Schmucher fan...Now just follow it sporadicaly, I see brawn is doin well, well Ross brawn was always the brains trust at ferrari!

I reckon i'm an allround sports fan ... love my ball sports (rugby, cricket etc) play some social squash and was planning on joining pirates for some ruggas but alas the bones are not what they used to be ... motorsports is a passion, all forms and kinds ... just a bloody expensive hobby

Hi Guys,
Love F1 and Ferrari although they are losing the plot somehow, but will bounce back.....For 20 years never missed a race.
My true love for sport is the following:
Rugby - Blue Bulls + Springboks(Never miss a game at Loftus and on TV)
Cricket - ODI's, T20, IPL
All motorsport incl. MotoGP, Superbikes and MX.
Baseball - played for 10 years, but too old now.:blush:

Yeah, love that as well. I also liked to watch weightlifting during the Olympics.

As for the current status in F1... I think Brawn GP's winning will come to an end this weekend as the other big teams also added double diffusers to their cars. The Ferrari F60B will also be used and I hope it has more down force and better reliability regarding KERS.

Well seems I'm the 1st but no real interest in F1

Played rugby till end of varsity - like wating S14 ect, even some oversees clubs
Martial arts - watching and competing
ESP strongman
Fishing (the kind where you actually take bait with you when you go out;) )
Wanted to go to SA powerlifting but popped a disk so thats out

I've played many sports through school but took up gym once I had finished.

I like watching Golf, Rugby and X-Games sports and have a few mates who are REALLY good at squash.
Quite like watching squash live... it get's quite intense especially at SA level.

im very sorry for those who love this sports, but i fucking hate rugby and soccer.

Soccer i can understand hating, esp when you see the local dicks with 2 left legs, but when you watch some1 like messi in form, thats just art! As for rugby, dude, come on, what a rush! Testosterone fueled, massive strong muscled brutes attacking the hell out of each other! I will never forget james small smashing lomu in 95, thats when i really started enjoying rugby!

I also don't like watching Rugby at all. Played it when I was school for a while, but got sick of it very quickly...

F1 is about technology and you have to follow it behind the scenes to understand what happens on Sunday when they race... F1 cars feature the most advance technology the human race have come up with. A 2.4L engine is 700-750Hp. Brakes operates between 600 to 1000`C and they don't work if they are cold. Tyres operate between 60 and 80'C or they don't have grip. KERS recovers wasted energy from the brakes and stores it in batteries up to 500V and adds 80hp to the cars for 6 secs per lap. F1 cars have so much down force they can drive upside down at 120Km/h. Most engines can save fuel and keep temp down by switching from V8 to V4 configuration.

I can go on for days, but if you don't like it don't say its useless...
