Hba1c is bordering on high, which could mean insulin sensitivity it's a bit in the shitter which also could explain why shbg is up too..
Your free test is low, which is from the shbg being elevated.

What does your diet look like currently, what does your cardio and training program look like, cos amending those would improve those 2 things pretty quickly.

Your liver looks bad, what are you currently taking? Do you drink?

Your triglycerides are elevated normally related to your diet.
