Best way to get body fat down

What is the best way to get your body fat % down? Dieting, training, supplemts/steroids wise the best way to lose body fat?

Don't be lazy, you'll have to do allot of reading and research, but the threads I talk about in the link above contain some extremely valuable information to get you started on the right track.

Admin, well in his other post I did ask him questions in regards to this, but sadly I think we are going to be dealing with someone who wants an overnight transformation.

I’ve noticed that people don’t search or read for answers, they just create a thread and expect. I do assist when I see these posts but lately I’ve come to realize that they’re not even willing to work to find the answers here so I can’t waste my energy and time not knowing if they plan on actually putting in the work.

This forum literally has the answer to 99% of the questions and by just reading most people won’t even need to create a profile to get more than the info they need.

Always has been like that. I like opening up new topics for people to follow and interact with. Challenging the norms etc. But there is a lot of lazy people out there.
