I haven't started with any cycle just yet as I first wanted to find out about this.
My main concern is literally just pregnancy.

I recently switched over to the 8 week contraceptive injection, I think it is norethisterone, not 100% sure as I said.
There are no other medications involved. I haven't started any sort of cycle as I first wanted some clarity on the topic of my birth control.
My main concern is pregnancy. Don't want babies just yet.

I was referring to your monthly cycle, as many woman use it to become regular and pull hormones closer together. The use of steroids does change metabolism of hormones, so there could be a risk but there could also be the opposite effect where by increased androgen levels causing risks or ovulation and PCOS. But I have seen many with neither issue. But then again things like antibiotics, antidepressant, antianxiety, antifungal hypertensive meds and even natural stuff and the list goes on.. I have read studies on this and have never found an concrete answer. But I can say in my life it did not effect my partners contraceptive properties, but then again the only use was anavar and winstrol, so I'm unsure about the rest.
What are you planning on using and for how long? Remember you have just switched to the new birth control so it still needs to do its thing, what was the reason for switching if you don't mind me asking? Also that's a progestin medication, like a white liquid ? I would not physically see how anavar or winstrol would prevent its effectiveness but then again my body is proof that not everything is text book.
Sorry I can't give you a direct answer, but I will make sure I get my experts answer in the next month, but that won't help you now I'm afraid.

The sister I see now thought this might be due to my fast metabolism. She put me on the injection about last year October/November but was still getting breakthrough bleeding so she suggested for me to get injected every 7 weeks instead of every 8 weeks and ever since I haven't had any problems.
I am 23 years old, my height is 171cm and my weight varies between 50kg - 53kg, I don't pick up weight at all, I haven't excercised in about 10 years, so I won't be starting on a steroid cycle immediately. I'll first get back into the routine of excercise for about a month before I take anythingand I'll only be starting at the end of this month or next.
I do believe it is a white liquid, yes. I am not 100% on what I'll be taking yet and for how long but as far as I can say now is that I'll be starting on female stack.
I would still appreciate if you could give me an experts answer, even if it takes a month.
Thanks for all the help so far.

You haven't exercised since you were 13 years old? I hope this is a typo.
If you don't pick up weight then you aren't eating enough. You have to learn to eat when you aren't hungry, and add in extra meals. The same story for every hardgainer. I suggest you get used to this before you use any steroids, because gear is not a solution for gaining quality mass unless you take in the necessary calories.

this is veryyy important here, with good nutrition and training this can be achieved easy without any gear, i have similar stats to her, been training for roughly 7months and here managed to pick up about 4-5kgs without any gear

I agree 100% I am slowly adding in extra meals but I have to change what I eat too becauae now that I have started eating more I'm struggling with heartburn and indigestion.
I'm new to all of this so I'm really trying to gain as much knowledge so I can do this right
