I just want to ask how would I know if my kidneys are affected by the gear if at all. I know it takes a toll on your liver when using orals. My kidneys feel sensitive and swolen. Not sure how long its been like that but got worse the last 2 days. What is the protocol?
Some background
112kg
Bf 13%
1.87
Currently running
750mg test e p/w
400mg Masteron p/w
40mg Dianabol (before gym)
My urine is mostly clear and drink 4-6l water.
Any advise?
Protein intake about 290g per day

Are you sure you mistakenly taking it as back pumps. Dianabol tends to do this to same guys.
Best would drop the dbol for now. Or drop the dose to 30mg. And see if that helps. If not.
Space out your dbol dose through out the day and not one time before gym. 20/20 (20/10/10) etc
4-4.5liters max 5liters a day. I would say.
I personally kill 2liters in the am easy.
What are supps are you taking creatine? Etc.
If possible post your diet nd training program

I thought it was back pumps but it feels different and higher up more towards the middle of my back.
I am taking my Dianabol today split into 4 @10mg a time 3-4 hours appart. Feels a bit better but without tests it is hard to say for sure what it is. I will do blood test for liver and kidney today and see what the result is.
@Samz4000 yesterday it was my left side and today it is on the right side. I am only supplementing with whey and pre-workout. No extra creatine or bcaa's etc.
Here is my diet.

Brown Rice 150g

I did test my kidneys and liver, still waiting for blood results.
Since last week I dropped my protein significantly. Still not 100%. Stopped taking orals and resting a bit from gym until I get my results and will take it from there.
If I drop protein to 1.5g per kg I will be at 172g protein. How would I adjust my carbs to get to my caloric need or do I drop calories as well?

at the end of the day we all want gainz but we also want to come out as healthy as possible on the other side.
I am going to rework my diet with new protein macros and adjust the rest to be in balancce. Thanks for all the advice. I am feeling a lot better although I am eating less and still maintaining my weight.
