You would need to give us more information about yourself and your diet and your excercise program. Simply stating you are an over 50 female that wants to lose stuborn fat gives us 0 information to work with.
Give your weight and height and body fat % and exact age.
The details of your diet give the breakdown of your daily meals. Protein per day. Carbs per day and Fat per day. Give your total daily calories consumed.
How many times per week do you exercise and for how long and what type of excercise do you do.
It is on you. It always has been...

As i mentioned i am exactly 50 years old, height 1.62, weight 109.5kg - i do not have any idea what my body fat % is!
i don't get a lot of exercise due to having my own business which keeps me at my desk from 7am - 7-8 pm sometimes even later, i do exercise on my exercise bike every morning for 20 minutes, other than that NO Exercise.
I am on a Keto diet, but i stay tired and feel drained, i am consuming no carbs at all - mostly protein, vegetables, berries, nuts and eggs.
I know there is no easy way and i am trying very hard, lost 3 kg in a month and thought by now i would start feeling better and not so tired and drained anymore.
so i need help and advise please?

If you want to eat keto you need to drop the berries and nuts and eat more fat. Like bacon and butter and olive oil and cheese.
Post up what you eat daily. And your calorie intake. Post up how much protein carbs and fats you eat daily.
On keto you need to track everything
It is on you. It always has been...

BTW, age doesn't mean anything when you looking at loosing weight.
Not being rude, but at 109kg and 1.63m, your not sticking to your diet. One little mistake on a Keto diet, and your "logged out", it becomes worthless.
I suggest you re look at your diet plans, any fatburners or substances will not work at your stats, as it will just put heart and your life at risk.
Its hard work 1st... fcking hard work.... discipline, daily cardio. If its that important to you to loose weight.... MAKE TIME, your a mature lady, arrange your things around 1 hour a day.... make an effort and go balls to the wall.

Firstly, weight loss is a process and really goes about energy in versus energy out. If you're not finding the time to exercise, you're not at an optimal energy out point. Running your own business is hard work, and despite it being from behind a desk is a high calorie activity - the brain is a very demanding organ! I just think using an exercise bike at home isn't ideal, spinning classes push you out of your comfort area and this is maybe something you could look into - they take about an hour of your life but are worth every second....
There are loads of diets out there, keto being quite a fashionable one - but it's pretty much unsustainable for the majority of us - it's expensive and difficult to stick to if you lead an active, sociable life... If you're keto adapted, and consume something high in carbs like a cheat meal of ice cream, etc, that converts straight to fat and makes the diet counterproductive if adherence isn't followed militantly! I'm quite fond of the intermittent fasting diet, that's also quite fashionable now too - maybe read up on the warrior diet - starve for 20 hours and eat in a 4 hour window.
The biggest part of a weight loss regime is sustainability, something you can stick to, without adversely affecting your quality of life.
I would honestly suggest working on this before considering taking that magic pill... Yes, there are things like CLA, yohimbine, ephedrine/caffeine/asprine, etc out there - but that should be to put the icing on the cake, not act as a foundation.
In order to be old and wise you must first be young and stupid.
Fuck sakes, I'm going to be a genius.

1. Proper Keto would probably be a good place to start, however the likelihood is that you are not in Ketosis because most people are conditioned to be fat folic so tend to do a high protein low fat version of Keto, which isn’t Keto and is particularly bad for the hormonal profile of females (there is a good video on anabolictv.com/2018/07/the-worst-diet-for-women/
2. People think Keto is a license to eat loads of fatty food like cheese and nuts and all these Keto diets - I am afraid to say but energy balance still counts - calories eaten must be less than: you basal metabolic rate (calories your body consumes while at rest + calories from exercise and movement). The benefits of Keto are there is you are insulin resistant (which you may well be) and that if done properly blunts your appetite which should make eating less easier - however as mentioned, you lose metabolic flexibility - meaning once fully adapted to Keto (proper Keto as measured using a blood ketone meter) you wont likely tolerate carbs well. What adds to this challenge is that proper Keto has been shown to down regulate thyroid function which can become counterproductive to weight loss;
3. To understand what is going on with your body to come up with a workable plan, getting bloods done is a must - ideally go to an endocrinologist to test the functioning of your endocrine system. Get your gynecologist to test your hormone status. Most plans will fail if your bloods are out of whack;
4. Any plan that involves starvation is a bad idea and may result in short term weight loss which will stall and likely reverse
Echoing what Oupa said: work is no excuse. I work 12 hour days, travel most weeks, have 3 kids that are demanding and am close to your age (this applies to both my wife and myself) - I get up at 4am to exercise, I make sure the hotels I stay in when I travel have gyms, I take my food with me (which my wife and I prep on a Sunday for the full week ahead). We have both won national level competitions (I was 35kg overwheight and in-active a a few years back and my wife had never stepped in a gym until the age of 39. While I do use anabolics to assist as competing without these, certainly at my age is pretty much a non starter, my wife uses nothing except food and training. To be clear I lost the weight without any assistance from drugs, this only came later.
There are no shortcuts, magic potions and/ or pills just hard work and a dedicated desire to change things and educate yourself on what needs to be done. It may be daunting, and I won’t diminish the fact that it wont be easy at your age or starting weight but I promise you, assuming you get your hormonal profile right (which diet and exercise can influence if not in check) you can make a difference if you commit without excuses - priorities your health.

- your BMI is 41+.....that puts you in morbid obesity category, and just jumping into the gym and starting to do weight training, is actually highly risky to injury and metabolic damage, if this is not overseen by a professional that has expertise in training overweight people.
- one of the worst things you can do, is to eat too little for someone of your weight - once you hit stage III Metabolic Damage, repair of your metabolism can take up to a year to rehabilitate. Keto is also not necessarily the only or correct answer - one first have to assess your normal eating patterns and see how low you can actually go without carbs. A low carb diet is in medical terms a diet containing less than 150gr carb content/24h and full keto is less than 30gr/24 in normal sized individuals. If you have an existing under-functioning thyroid, going keto will worsen this exponentially.
- getting to the next point of thyroid and hormones. You should have someone knowledgeable run full hormonal panel on you - and that does not mean the normal GP. You’ll need to consult at minimum a accredited and registered Sports Medical Physician - go onto SASMA.com and search for such a Dr in your region. You’ll need to be assessed for thyroid function, fasting insulin and glucose levels in order to do Quick Index and evaluate from that if you are insulin resistant, you’ll need to have HB1AC done to evaluate your average blood sugar levels over last three months, cortisol levels to exclude adrenal problems leading to obesity, have full female hormone panel done including Androgens/DHEA and Prolactin levels - you are at 50 years age and probably pre-‘ peri- or even already post-menopausal.....rember that menopause by itself can cause 10kgs weight gain in short period of time. I had a case in my practice of woman with premature menopause at 38 yrs age already - within 2-3 years later she already battled with obesity!
- bottom line here......this is not just as simple as popping into the gym, start training weights, go very low kCal keto style and hope for the best. If you were less than 45 yrs age, walking around with couple of kilos of blubber and BMI lower than 30, then yes - go do those things. But you are a medical RISK (read AGAIN - RISK) just to go jump into the deepend of training and dieting. You need professional MEDICAL assistance here, with continuous monitoring to reach healthy weight goals.
- and not to read too much into BMI values - it does not tell us anything about your physical build - if you are apple shaped and carry most of your fat as viceral fat centrally, then your insidence of insulin resistance might be very high and spesific anti-diabetic meds are indicated such as Metformin and Victoza. But if you carry brown fat on your ass as saddle bags, then you will have much lower insidence of insulin resistance and will these type of drugs not assist you by much. Drugs/Herbals like yohimbine, coleus forskolli, tribulus and herbs that increase lymphatic system functioning, might rather suit you better.
What I’m trying to say here, is this:
One should be careful to jump into the deepend of engaging into vigorous dieting, physical weight training and general supplement and drug use, if you are morbid obese. Irrespective of your age, gender or ethniticity, in my books ANY BMI ABOVE 35 value, needs medical attention to at least assess the “fitness” to engage into vigorous dieting and weight training programs.

Would you also recommend checking Cortisol, IGF1 + IGFBP3, Ferritin, Uric Acid, Magnesium - RBC, Calcium, Homocysteine - fasting on ice, ALT, AST, Gamma GT and Vitamin D ?
