So anyone on here follow him?

I see he is in Cape Town now. Can't believe he was training like 10M away from my office where he had a bad experience with VA in the foreshore. They had an issue with him carrying his bag in the gym. According to his video they didn't treat him well at all and he preferred the smaller gyms like zone fitness. Was quite interesting.

Hopefully i can reach out to him and show him around the real local gyms as well as those in the cape flats. Will be a real inspiration to the kids out there who are doing bodybuilding.
