Checking in! was created by Muscleaddict
Hi guys! Hope you're all well. I haven't been on the forum much for quite a while. Sorry I've been so quiet. Life got a bit hectic and I needed to take it easy on the chemical enhancements for a while. I was training only twice a week for months, sometimes skipping a week, but I have stepped it up again since mid May and am going to do a cycle - turning 40 soon! If I hit a mid life crisis it better be with boulder shoulders and roadmap veins!

So yeah, I'll be around to get some motivation and to help out if I can.
