Syringes not being sold at pharmacies was created by Robbie

Hi Boys,

Has anyone had issues from pharmacies that wont sell them syringes? Our local pharmacies all cant sell anymore as they face fines if sold to the general public. Can this be and if so is there a relaible/trustworthy online pharmacy of some sort from where I can order from?

Go the Dischem, buy them in bulk there and fuck those pharmacies that lie to you about the “fines”.

Where do you guys get pins and syringes in Cape Town? I don't want to go into a pharmacy. I always get a raised eyebrow. Looking at me its pretty obvious what i need them for...

Dischem has a couple boxes off 100 needle, syringe combo's (various gauges) for around R155. Ten minutes of funny looks is worth it for a lifetime of looking like an absolute monster.

Lol. Funny looks? I'm sure almost everyone assumes we're on gear - whether we're carrying a box of syringes or not.

I get all my stuff from the local needle exchange (am over the seas). Some of my mates are too scared to walk into these places because of the looks they'll get. Mind boggling.

i had to look for 23g needles and was asked why specifically 23g 1/2"... i replied for shooting test in my quad. The assistant just froze. At the till the cashier also aked why so many syringes and needles... i made it clear what it was for. No need for them to ask when i go back LOL

None of their f***ing business. I've found bigger pharmacies are usually stocked with a bigger variety of syringe and needles, and the small or private pharmacies tend to ask questions. But I guess it depends on cashier.
