Chest Pimples ...or as I call them chest annoying F@kers

I need some more tips or advice for chest pimples ...can't seem to shake them since my last cycle ...
Tried all major acne products on the shelf, with no luck ..

Shower twice a day. And alternate Sunlight and Protex soap. Also try getting in the sun shirtless but don't go roasting yourself

Hey bud , I had the same problem . What works best is aloe vera gel enriched with vitamin e . I put that on before bed and when I wake up the pimples are dried out and then just scratch it off

If it's cysts under the skin :
Remove all dairy, sugar and processed foods.
Drink more than 5L of water a day.

Oily skin and superficial acne:
Shower directly after gym,
Change sheets often,
Apply Benzoyl peroxide, but don't overdo it as it dries your skin. You'll need to balance it with using moisturiser on the area, most likely.

I'm with furk. Oily skin was an issue for me on cycle. Just washed my face more often and treated with moisturizer.

What i noticed with me was that gel type moisturizers worked better than the cream variants. With the creams it got oily very quickly whereas the gels made a nice difference so much that i never stopped using it. Been using loreal men expert

However you might react differently. So i would find something that works.

Thank you all for the tips, did most of them already, but will give the aloe vera, and Benzoyl peroxide a go.
