My Journey was created by Rusty
Hi all,
I am new here and did not join the forum to research steroids but I was searching for some info on training and diet and stumbled onto the forum and got some good info and thought I would hang around for a while.
My story is that in July I got back from holiday and was busy downloading the photos and videos and saw this overweight and out of shape dude and realized it was me. I was actually shocked.
I got back on the 3 July and started my journey on the 6 July.
- Male
- 43
- 129.7 kg on the 6 July
- 1.8m tall
I did some research and started the banting / keto diet on the 6 July. Early August i started to go to gym and i try to get to the gym at least 3 times a week.
On sunday i weighed 108.4kg and after some info on the forum by one of the members i started the 16:8 intermittent fasting last week sunday for the week.
As off this morning i weighed 107.1kg
I still have a long way to go, to get to an ideal weight and also would love to have some definition but realized at my age this is a very long and tough journey.
I dont see my self using anything except maybe Fat Furnace at one point in time based on what i have read on the forum as it seems that might help my weight loss journey.

No use fighting a losing battle... Science offer many interesting options... Just don't waste your money on rip-off supplements... Do some research on SARMS and 43 today is actually not that old... Look at Arnie, Sly is pushing 70!!!

Weighed in at 106.1kg this morning, so quite stoked with the progress to date since I started.
