F*ck off fat and intermitten fasting was created by Lloyd007
Good Day,

i have been training for the past year, mainly for the purpose of losing fat and becoming more leaner. when i started training in October 2015 i weighed in at 109kgs, and i currently weigh 95kgs.... i have now become stagnant in my fat loss and weight loss. i have am currently doing intermittent fasting and eat only for 6 hours of the day..... i have now introduced FOF to my IF and was wondering if this is a good idea or now.

i try and do cardio 2 times a week for a full hour per session.

i am becoming frustrated as i am not reaching my desired weight and BF%

any advice will be highly appreciated.

thank you

I'm no expert on fat loss, but I'm guessing you're going to need to give more information about your diet. How many calories do you take in a day and from what sources.

Also... only 2 cardio sessions a week doesn't seem sufficient for your goals. Do you do any resistance training as well?

Yeah stop doing LISS, it's extremely over-rated for fat loss and very easy to stagnate. Do HIIT, preferably every morning, and never stop weight training. You burn calories for 24hrs after you lifted your last weight. LISS you burn calories on the spot.

Good luck mate.
