Wife is pregnant, used to take pre-workouts n stuff before when she used to train. Now she cant even get outta bed. Giving the usual multi and preg-omega but she is constantly drained. Anything else I can give her for a little kick that will be safe?
Whilst on that, I have been going through some stuff myself, a few close deaths in the space of 2 months, pregnancy was not planned....been really anxious and started taking pax 10mg which I was addicted too. I wanna get off, any ideas what I can use to help me relax but not addictive or drowzy...oh, and all this whilst coming off a test/deca cycle.
thanks guys.

No energy drink is safe during pregnancy, nothing boet.
As for the Pax, you are going to have to titrate off/ cut down dosage with a pill cutter. Are you ready to come off Pax though is the question you should be asking.

2) As for you, we are not allowed to advise on coming off medication like that. That you need to speak to a psychiatrist about, there is a countless ways to treat it and get you off but I'm not going to be the one to provide that advice as it could be poyebssionally dangerous, specially not knowing where your head is truly at. Good luck dude, you should have a email of mine still if you want some advice on the side, but I won't put it on the forum.

But the last thing you want is to deal with an addiction when your new baby comes into the world. Medicinal full extract cannabis oil is one of the best things for benzo withdrawals...

5HTP: 100mg three times per day.
Ashwaghanda: 2g with breakfast.
L-Tyrosine: 500mg taken 30 mins before a stressful event.
If you know the day ahead will remind you of Donald Trump, then add:
Saffron: 200mg in the morning.
Berberine: 500mg three times per day after meals.
St. John's Wort: 900mg in the morning.
Ensure that your blood sugar does not drop too low. On stressful days we typically forget to eat, and when your blood sugar drops you enter fight/flight/freeze mode where you lose your head and regret it later.
