I think this is actually very impressive for 2 months. Those results can be achieved naturally, but like he said, he didn't workout often or hard. Looks like his chest grew a fair amount tbh.

Relevant to rad 140
Blood work done while on 5 mg. Seems it is quite suppressive.

Appreciate that man. Will give it a read.
Got my Ostarine and RAD today - will log it, but I'm taking 2 days off from gym so I'll start that log then when i actually take it.
Gonna read that though.

So you going to run one first and then the other? Hoing to get pre and post bloods done to see how suppressive it is, liver function and lipid profile?

I'll be taking the Ostarine for 4 weeks. The RAD 140 will be taken after that.
I do have my test e cycle planned for then though so the rad and test will overlap.
I do plan on taking blood tests, but only before the test and after pct.
Very excited about it and can't wait

Looking forward to your log bud. I have a mate who is interested in starting a run of SARMS but he can't decide between Ostarine or RAD. Your input will help.DruOmedra wrote: First Ostarine down the hatch, was curious if it should be taken on an empty stomach (fat soluble) but it seems to not matter at all.

Day 3 atm. I'm not sure if it's placebo but I've read that some people feel Ostarine on the first day, some state it took them a week.
I already felt more endurance yesterday, like I'll bench and my muscles will be like omg I can't take anymore but my body feels good to keep going. Almost like an endurance/energy boost.
Not discrediting the thought of it being placebo but I'm at gym right now and it's already 30 minutes longer than I usually gym. Same story yesterday just kept.going and feel fine.
Connective tissue still.feels the same. Strengths still the same.

Only running 15mg of LP Ostarine - I seem to be running a very low dose compared to other peoples logs.
Most run 20-30mg+ for 8 weeks, I only have enough for 4 weeks, but I can obviously acquire more.
The one thing I noticed is that my wrist is doing well - some of you may know from my other posts my left wrist is fucked. I've been taking Ostarine, Glucosamine and Peptan Collagen. Well one of those is working because I can bench without pain - albeit when I got for 5 reps or less I use a wrap on my left wrist.
Strength: I've PR'd on three exercises so far, flat bench, DB incline bench and Skullcrushers. 5kg on bench, 2.5 on crushers and incline. Now this probably isn't because of the Ostarine - I'm more leaning towards it being due to my wrist not hurting allowing me to push myself harder.
Endurance: I don't wanna oversell it because this could be affected by many factors, but once I get going at the gym I kinda just keep going, exercise after exercise. This is something I would definitely like to attribute to the Ostarine, because I started experiencing it very soon after taking it (like day 3 I believe). Essentially I just feel like I can gym for longer, not extra reps, just an overall feeling of having more endurance. I usually do Flat Bench, Incline DBs, Skullcrushers, Rope Pulldowns, Tricep Extensions and some variant of flies and then by that time I'm fried. Well atm I find myself doing those and then looking for other exercises to do like dips, overhead extensions, machine BP etc etc.
Buying Motivation? I've been working out a lot harder lately and also upped my protein intake (even though it was already adequate tbh) a part of me just feels like, you know, if I'm gonna be taking stuff I should be working my ass off. So in a sense, even if these capsules were empty I'd probably still make progress because I feel obligated to work harder than I ever have.
(they're not really empty, they are green capsules filled with white powder - I checked!)
Burning shoulders and pumps: I've always had issues getting a pump in my muscles and I've never had a good mind muscle connection that so many bodybuilders refer to. I can do the movement and focus on the exercise, but I don't feel that connection they're referring to whether I'm doing 30 reps or 5. I've been getting this pumped feeling in my muscles lately though, sometimes not even during workouts - I could be flexing for fun and I'll feel this tightness in my biceps that I've never felt before, almost like they're popping.
Shoulder burn however - this is something I've never felt before either and I'm not sure whats causing it.
My shoulders are on fire during chest workouts, especially my left one. I'll bench and then here by my 4th set my shoulder will be burning so much that I have to stop. It's not sore and it's not joint or ligament/tendon pain - I know what that feels like. It just burns, I try to push through it but by like rep 3 I gotta stop. Very strange. It goes away after about 4-5 minutes though, completely - and then I'm good to go.
Okay that's a lot of text for only 8 days in, but that's how I feel so far. Will update again in a week or so.

So you are on Ostarine only first and then going to do RAD?

I'm toying with the idea atm. Ostarine has been virtually side effect free.
I could stack the rad 140 with the Ostarine now, maybe I will, but my current plan is to take the RAD in conjunction with test c or use it later in time.
But the idea is to take a short break after Ostarine and before the test cycle.

I read this; www.reddit.com/r/PEDs/comments/4cwmlm/te...s_on_osta_continued/
After 8 weeks of Ostarine @ 10mg his test went from 650 to 201.7, but after 20 days off it went up back to normal.
So I'd like to draw a comparison.
Do I just rock up at Pathcare and ask for bloodwork or do I need to go through a GP? I can pay, just curious about the system.

But I would recommend it to someone on the fence about it, just start at 15 and increase the dose imo when you feel ready (week 4-6 is when most do it).

Would definitely use it again in the future.
I got no side effects at all - except lethargy but that could be caused by anything.
The only positive side effect I didn't get was increased sex drive, but at 24 I'm not sure I even wanted that heh.
