Hi Tripplex.

Do you have a diet in place? Do you know your daily Calorie requirements? Are you eating in a Calorie deficit to help you meet your goals? And like Optron asked what is your Stats?

I myself cycle a lot as it is low impact and good cardio.

Like Optron asked how do you cycle? Any drills you do?

It is on you. It always has been...

At this stage I am just getting in Saddle and cycle as fast as I can and back for 20 kays.
I do not do intervals I just do it as hard as I can for as long as I can. I normal did that last when I was cycling regularly. I gunned the hills. I basically gunned the every time i get in the saddle, Giving it everything i got. After cycling i normal rest for about 15 min and if I still feel good I go for another intensive quick ride until ican feel my chest and legs burning i turn around and cycle at a slow pace back home. I do not follow a regular diet and I find it very difficult too follow one. I am definitely eating allot less and healthier than i used too. Eny advice around Dieting please?

Yes read the dieting stickies.

And ease up on the jogging you are still to heavy to be jogging.

FFF and GW are not going to help you if you do not have planned out nutrition. Failing to plan is planning to fail. You can still make a lot of amazing progress if you plan out a diet/nutrition plan/meal plan

It is on you. It always has been...

When it come to dropping weight, I have to agree with Rooi Bul that your diet is the first thing you have to get in place. Here is a lot of info and experience on the forum to help you with that. Try to keep impact on the knees to a minimum as you will get problems. Stick with cycling, Arc-training, High-intensity workouts etc and push past your comfort-zone.

GW501516 you can split into two doses of 10 mg each. I use ECA-stack before my cardio workout, but that is mainly for energy purposes as my weight is more or less in check. You however cant just rely on a FFF/GW501516 cycle to get you to where you want to be.

Sore today, strong tomorrow!!!
