I am new to the site and would like your input and advise.
My stats are:
32 years old
90kg, 20-25% BF
I recently started training again after issues I had with my stomach.
A couple of months ago I was drinking all kinds of supplements, diet, training but no steroids.
I started getting an uncomfortable feeling in the upper part of my stomach. After various meds and changing food and leaving certain suppl out the problem kept on persisting. Eventually my wife convinced me to go to the doc.... my wife says I'm "hardekop" as jy nie wil hoor nie moet jy voel
Anyway after the camera and a stomach sonar the results came back perfect, no problems.
So i left the training and dieting for a month feeling that maybe my body needs a rest.
1 week ago I started training again after the above mentioned episode and that uncomfortable feeling is back.
I don't know what's going on, maybe the food types!!!
Your input please

Currently no meds, basically the morning consist of a multivitamin, chromium picolinate and kessar, alles saam n breakfast.....eiers, oats en banana.
Throughout the day will be pasta, meat, sweet potato (purity), chicken.
The strange thing is that the food I'm eating is the same stuff I ate before I got back in the gym, except the quantities has changed especially the eggs and oats.
Ek dog dit kon dalk die pre-workout(SSN crea-pump) wees, but I haven't had it for 3 days now and my stomach is still not lekker.
I did enjoy a "Rich Piana" shake with everything in from time to time, en ek gaan mal met die shake  ....eiers, oats, purity, blueberry's, banana, scoop SSN mass addiction...yummy, which I also stopped making.

Sounds like food allergies to me, get your blood tested. I know someone that had similar experiences and it turned out to be food allergies. It was also discovered after the person got sick from Whey and egg protein powders.
