I would just like to put this out there, I'm not active at all on the forum and I'm still a newbie at all of this stuff. But since I found this site last year, you have no idea how well my progress has been going. It's extremely informative and I have only posted 3 things and decent replies. I would just like to give credit to you as without this site who knows where I would have been or doing.

I agree completely, I joined this site having never done a cycle and with the advice given on this site made some amazing natural gains and progress! After joining this site is really when my eating and nutrition improved significantly and that alone makes a world of difference, combine it with a proper program to follow and the gains happen.

It was significantly better than other natural bodybuilding sites in terms of information and assistance.
I guess on the other sites everyone worries too much about supplements and which protein powder to take, which you do not even really need provided your diet is in check.

This is truly an Epic Site, thank members and admin, side note...why must gear affect our hormones, specifically the main male parts... :pinch: ....like why doesnt gear make the feet grow bigger instead...Its tough being a man more specifically a man who wants to look good and compete as a BB.
