For some Abs are made with lighting & angles... For others they are made in the kitchen.

I noticed this last week already. You can clearly see some have lost weight and it kinda feels great in a way considering my gym partner and I have been on cycle for a month now so we are lifting nice and heavy and looking better and bigger than before.
I guess breaking PR's is fantastic as well, I recently started deadlifting just over double my bodyweight! :woohoo:
However as soon as those gym specials start appearing, it will be a nightmare to train for a while - waiting forever to use any bench, squat rack or machine.

MY gym was so full yesterday it was a joke ... My blood pressure (more like anger kicks in) so hard... I hate a busy gym

Invisible lat syndrome is a serious condition, most sufferers don't realise till it's too late.

VA cradlestone was extra full because of the roof that caved in at key west and for some reason every one in the gym was busy doing chest so i had to do a different body part
