Seasons Greetings All,

Just wanted to wish everyone here a Merry Christmas and a happy New Year! May there be lots of food on the table, tons of weight lifted and many sterile injections in 2016. Thank you to everyone here who takes time out of their busy lives to help others, all of your advice has possibly saved lives and definitely saved a few nipples but most importantly, your advice has helped to bring others one step closer to their goals this year.

This is my first year on the forum and I am very impressed with the knowledge that is being shared so I look forward to learning more and sharing what I can in the future!

I am no religious guy, because I hate what it does to good people.
