Hey guys.

I've been using a meal prep company for the last 3 weeks and I really liked the convenience. I lost 4-5 kg during this time even with the occasional cheat during the rugby games.

But I'm 100% sure I can do it for a lot cheaper.

Where can I get those disposable microwavable containers they use? Pretoria area.

Thanks

Not sure if here are branches in PTA but try find a West Pack. There's also a plastic goods place in Centurion called Plastilion, they have what you're looking for ;)

Thanks. I Will Try and find one.

In Pta east I could not really find anything quickly but ended up buying ziplock bags (100 for R39). And it actually works great. Freezes fine, defrosts fine and microwaves just fine while keeping the moisture in.

Perfect size to keep my portions down while cutting.

Going to cook enough for 2 weeks tonight

Protein
Ostrich patties
Kasler pork chops (no fat)
extra lean minced meat
Smoked Chicken Breast

Volume vegies
Broccoli
Cauliflower
Brussel Sprouts
Mixed vegies (Corn Carrot and peas)

Carbs Only in the morning
Diced Potato
Rice
Wholewheat pasta (Small amount)
