So this is a thread which will hopefully get a few of the less experienced members posting a bit on the site, maybe we will see a few new names around here. It would be good to see who is taking their diet seriously, who is freestyling it and who can't keep their hands away from the cake. I've seen this type of thread before on a few different forums and although I'm sure something similar has been done in the past, let's give it another go.
The goal is basically just to check in at the end of the day or during the day to let us all know what you have eaten and what you are still planning to eat. You don't have to get fancy with it - it's just a bit of fun!
Here is what I had:
Meal 1 - 4 pieces of peanut butter toast + Tea (I've been in London recently, what did you expect?)
Meal 2 - Good portion of Thai Green Curry
Meal 3 - 2 x Mince and cheese wraps + Tea
Meal 4 - Chicken Schnitzel and sweet potato.
"Meal 5" - 600 calorie mass gainer shake with 500ml whole milk.
Meal 6 - Woolies pot noodles (because they taste nice, that's why!)
Hope to get some interest going on this thread and maybe get a few new meal ideas!

I think it's a great idea. I'm always looking for new and creative ways to get the clean calories in.

So far today:
meal 1: Whey, Wheatgrass (great to alkalinise your body after a nights rest), Vitiman C supps and banana.
5h30 train with pre / intra / post supps
meal 2: 500g grilled chicken with ceyenne pepper, broccoli, pineapple and pasta
meal 3: whey and oats
The rest of the day will be two more of meal 2 above, a tuna mayo sandwich with greens and an olive oil, fish oil, flaxseed oil, cassein and full cream milk shake before bed.
Anyone with creative ways to eat eggs? I know they are complete protein bombs but I cant help but gag anytime I get a boiled egg close to my face. Im aiming to eat 6 a day. Used to eat them raw until I learned about the reduced bio-availability.

500 grams of chicken in one meal  your over doing your protein Bud.
That's like 180 grams of protein in that one meal. even if you weigh a lean 100kg that's half of what you need all day.
Go big or go home...

Rhino, my bad. Typo. Tapatalk isn't playing nice of late. I have three chicken breasts a day, usually between 170 and 200g a piece.Rhino wrote:

Today I had 1200 cals of pure fats and nothing else is allowed not even protein. You can imagine I act like Grumpy Smurf.

1: 3 whole eggs, cup of oats with honey & cinnamon, cup o black coffee.
2: 4 boiled eggs, tablespoon peanut butter, another cup o black coffee.
3: 250g rump steak, basmati rice and mixed veg (not really accurate on my portions with rice).
4: Muesli with pea protein and honey, maybe a rusk with coffee if I'm still hungry.
5: Whey and another tablespoon peanut butter after gym.
6: 3 fish fillets with couscous and veg.

Being lactose/dairy and gluten intolerant i find keeping my meals consistent through the day helps me to manage my GI issues.
Daily breakdown:
7AM - 8egg whites + chicken ham, beef mince, veg etc for added protein/ flavour
10AM - 1.5tins tuna + salad
1PM - 200g chicken + sweet potato or veg depending if a training day or not
4PM - 30g vegan protein shake
6.30PM - 30g vegan protein + tablespoon coconut oil (prework out)
7PM - 15g BCAA's + 35g Vitargo (intra)
8PM - 30g whey isolate + 50g Maltodextrin (post)
8.45PM 200g steak/mince + rice/pasta/sweet potato or veg depending if training or not.
10PM - tablespoon peanut butter (sometimes carb free chocolate pudding for a treat)
Pretty much stick to that consistently with certain meals getting swopped around as to not get used to/bored of them!

I do the same here. Every morning I pack my cooker box with:Hormonas wrote: @Novice, I eat four meals every day which are the same and then I just eat whatever else I feel like. Those four meals change every few weeks just to keep things interesting.
Meal 1: 6 eggs, banana, honey, avocado oil.
Meal 2 and 4: 200g chicken, 150g sweet potato, greens
Meal 3: tin tuna, olive oil, greens
3 x 24g whey and 60g raw oats shakers.
Those are staple meals I prepare every morning. Around those I fill in with whatever I feel like on the day.

Meal 1: 150g pronutro w/300ml whole milk.
Meal 2: 4 pieces of peanut butter toast with syrup.
Meal 3: 300g chicken schnitzel with sweet potato.
Meal 4: 400g mince and two woolies wraps.
Then I generally add in a massgainer shake, a few snacks (bars, chips etc) and maybe a repeat of another meal. I've been lucky that I just don't get fat (yet) so I can eat pretty much whatever I want so if I'm falling behind on calories for the day - I have no shame in a McDs trip at 11pm lol
