Hello there everyone. was created by Ghoulish
Hello there everyone, this is Ghoulish here. New to the forum. Ah, a bit about myself.

Age : 19
Height : 1.80m
Weight : 95kg
Bodyfat : 15% last I checked.
Training for 2 years now.

Ah, I also play rugby and I'm hoping to join MMA next year. I created this account to know which steroids to take and whether I should bulk or cut, even though I've been out of the things gym for quite some time for personal reasons and gained a bit of weight. Some advice will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hi bud
3 reasons I don't think gear is your answer:

Your age
You haven't trained for awhile
For the level you will be doing those sports at it isn't going to make much difference spend that money on learning how to fight first.

Proper diet and training is a far better route for now.

Loads of these types of threads. Members like you should read the stickies or at least lurk around first. We can't tailor make suggestions for you if you haven't got the fundamentals right.

This site is a great source of information and advice (not the same thing).
1st step: Go read up. Look on this websites stickies for dieting advice, read articles in the Articles section to get a better understanding of anabolic agents. Teach yourself.

Your age limits your lifting experience. You are young and malleable so just carry on working out and training in your sports. Gear is not the route for you (yet). You can still maximize your potential by correcting all other factors.

Ciao.

Hey my bro and welcome!

You are clearly already a big guy, but at your age gear is definitely not the answer bro.
Stick to a clean diet and gym hard. Reach your natural genetic potential first, then you can consider gear in a few years. Jumping on a cycle now will only cause health issues down the line.

I know this is probably not what you want to hear, but believe me when I tell you that the okes on here are talking from experience!
You can become a monster without the gear at your age. Plenty of time to juice later on when you an old fart like me dude.

Hit it hard and keep us updated!

Nate

Aye guys thanks for the advice, it's much appreciated. I don't really want to mess myself so I'm guessing I can just stay natty and focus on the sports to help me get gains. Dedication and Discipline, right?

And I'll keep you guys updated. I like this forum because it's South Africans helping each other out. Right?
