Pinning 3 times would be optimum yes, but your GH is at its lowest late mornings/early afternoons, thats when i will boost it and obviously just before bed. So yes i would skip mornings if i was unable to gym

3 times a day will always give better results than twice a day. If you can do it then do it.

How did you guys tear yourself??

do you remember or did it just "happen"?

I'm not really sure what's meant by this question, or how it can be rude to ask? We are all anonymous to each other, that way we should shy away from giving anecdotes if it'll be helpful to others.

I'm assuming you guys have some kind of hernia

How did that happen?
Do you remember a specific incident?

Reason I ask is, years ago, I lifted a boat trailer hitch and rotated my torso to align with the car tow hitch.
I felt a searing, tearing pain in my groin. A sharp, very hot sensation.

It's never happened again and I do squats, dead, leg press etc.

Although I don't lift and twist or rotate, ever!!

I suppose what I'm asking is, how do you avoid getting a hernia?

That sounds like zero fun - hence wanted to know what caused it / how to avoid it.

Hey mate, care to share some info on post surgery? How was recovery? How long before lifting, exercise etc? Cheers.

Have you been taking the peptides you mentioned? Are you noticing any changes from using them?

Used the peptides for 6 weeks whilst recovering from the surgery, seemed to help with sleep slept the same amount of hours but felt more rested on waking and also sorted out all the small noiggles with regards to aching joints seem to have dropped BF % as well the veins are out and more pronounced dropped 3 kilos and hoping it was body fat as muscles still feel full and hard.

Think peptides are well worth trying and general feeling of well being was much improved.
