Plastic number plates with sabs markings on

Hi guys,

I was wondering if anyone could help?

I am looking for a place in jhb that does plastic number plates with the sabs markings on it? I know they are not legal anymore but I see a lot of cars with the plastic plates on and it looks pretty slick.

Any help would appreciated guys.

If it's not legal anymore you will have a hard time getting them with SABS markings, because the there is a number that is traceable back to the agency that made them, so most will be too scared to make them.

BTW: I didn't even know they aren't legal anymore, do you know what the reasoning is behind outlawing them?

Yeah apparently you can't have plastic in GP anymore. (since end 2013)
