possible gyno

so I've got this white head pimple on the right chest on the left hand side of my nipple.. N under the white head it's feelings hard under it.. It's painfull to the point that sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night in pain..
I'm on my bridge of winstrol week 3 in.. going to start pct in 2.5 weeks time

in worried this is gyno and should I take adex? or nolva or something..

Post a pic where you put your arms behind your head and we will evaluate.

Are you referring to the site where your finger is?

That's a boil, Zit or ingrown hair. Gyno is a lump directly under the nipple on top of the pec not on the surface.

Yes I am pointing to the spot where the dry dead skin is.. Pains like a mofo if I touch it..

Thats a relief.. I did my research on gyno but just wanted to make sure, I was getting paranoid..

You know your gyno is outta control when you grow a third nipple.
