Natural high test vs Injecting Test

Me again - so something I have been wondering about after a friend made a comment.
Someone who has naturally high testosterone levels vs someone who say has lower testosterone levels.
Lets say it is the same person, just in one case their test levels were high and in another not.
If the one who did not have high test were to inject himself with some testosterone every week or so with an amount that would equate to his test levels being equal to the other person with higher testosterone levels would their gains be the same?
Does your body perhaps get use to having lower testosterone levels and when you inject test into yourself, does the sudden spike prompt more growth perhaps and lead to that person possibly gaining a bit more in the same time period?
I hope this makes sense? Perhaps there is something else involved when you inject some test into yourself which I am not aware of which changes things slightly?
Thanks,
Psy

In my opinion yes, a sudden spike will result in more gains for a short period. But Cortisol will slow this down rapidly.
Now with naturally high Test levels, gains will be more consistent.
This is how I understand it. And may well be wron... But makes sense right?
When it hurts... That's when i start counting, because that's when it starts to count.

That does make sense, a friend mentioned that the spike will probably help but I wasn't too sure really as most of the time it seems as if people talk about testosterone being testosterone so I figured if that is true... Why would it make a difference unless its like a shock to the system or something else happens.
Curious to hear some more opinions or confirmation etc regarding this.

And your "balance" is with high test levels.
If you add more, causing a spike, your body will slow down/stop test production i.e. suppression
If your balance is with low test levels, like mine:
and you add exogenous test, causing test levels to spike a similar slow down/stop test production will occur to try reestablish the balance.

Pyroclasm wrote: If you're asking what I think you are, then the average healthy young male produces about 40-60mg of test naturally per week. This is roughly the same as injecting with 100-150mg Test Cyp/En.
Not what I was asking but that is very interesting to know and something I have been wondering for a while.
Lets say both of us have 0 testosterone and we both inject 150mg of Test Cyp a week in the same place on our body etc.
Would we end up with the same testosterone levels after a while? Keep in mind we are different heights and sizes etc?
