Some feedback on my blood test results?

Hi Guys, I had some blood's taken a bit more than a month after my last cycle(test/mast/dbol) and my results are as follow:

E2 = 144 pmol/L ref = 28-156
Testosterone(Total) = 22 nmol/L ref = 8-30
TSH = 2.87 uIU/mL ref = 0.27 - 4.2
SHBG = 35.6 nmol/L ref = 14.5-48.4
Free Testosterone = 461 pmol/L ref = 180-739
FHS = 2 U/L ref = 1.5-12.4
LH = 3 U/L ref = 1.7 - 8.6
Prolactin = 8.5 ng/mL ref = 4 - 15.2

How do they look? everything is in the ref range but are they on the right side? any feedback? does it look good enough to start my next cycle within the next month or so?

My age is 25 and I've done 3 cycles planning to do another shortly. maybe moving to some tren/deca for the first time.

Also I see my estro is a bit high and I've had some light signs of gyno on previous cycles, would it be recommended to start with letro or adex before my cycle or at the start just to prevent any shit?

That looks just fine. Nothing to worry about there. If your estrogen is naturally on the higher end then you will be more prone to gyno on cycle. So yes I would recommend a low dose AI throughout, especially considering your past experience.

MA shouldn't he wait at least 6 weeks after PCT before getting bloods due to the Clomid staying in the system for so long?

Well spotted Pyro I missed that. Yes, definitely. Those testosterone levels are not reliable and are very likely to drop before they balance out.
