Women are nice to look at and amazing to hold. But once you've fallen, you're screwed mate.
They way you describe loving her more than yourself is pretty accurate of how it goes. we've all been there, all been broken down but hay!? You got to tear a muscle for it to come back bigger and stronger right? Same thing here bud.

Dude listen to what admin is saying.. you need no contact.. this is an extremely difficult time because of emotions.. both of you will not be thinking clear now..

One of those 4 year relationships I was in, I had a chance to fix it when all hope was gone.. guess what, because I stopped all contact I realised the relationship was actually not healthy and boy oh boy am I happy it ended now as I'm married to an amazing woman..

Getting back together I would have had to walk on egg shells and again the relationship would have taken strain..

My wife and I hardly ever fight ... maybe 5 nubutes in a week, and right after it, it's over..

The girl is emotionally confused. First she fell out love and broke up with you now she's "subtly" trying to get back together. Emotionally confused people, especially girls in relationships, are very hard to work with because they flipflop from one thing to another and in-turn are a big risk of fucking with you every single time. Younger girls often do this becuase they are still trying to find themselves and figure stuff out. You can't really blame them but you still need to look out for yourself. She certainly is.

Like shit I feel so hurt and yet the same time happy like I will always love her nd care for her maybe I wasn't the right guy...
Yes I told my PA to sort out everything for me I really don't have time for much distractions I reopen on Monday so I'll be a lot more occupied with work...
On the plus side my training is almost back up to scratch I hit a solid sesh today and feel amazing...diets good I kinda had ice cream and choclates today but I really am not looking to diet down crazy because my weight already dropped and a cheat here or there won't really hurt me especially when I'm recovering emotionally

I came out of a 5 year marriage last year april which made me stop training because of some medical conditions that arose from it. I was with this person for 8 years in total. All I can say is f#ck that sh!t guy. If it didn't work out then work yourself throughout and let go,it gets easier and when it does this woman will be just another memory, its getting through this which is the challenge though but my motto is 'As long as im not dead ill still be good'. just 1 thing I regret which I actually had no control over is I had to stop training, don't for WHATEVER reason stop training. that's the 1 thing that's going to keep you sane throughout this time. Its a new year and time to do some new sh1t lol. Chin up bro...the women will come swooming in TRUST me. For now go get that body you've always wanted

Thanks lifmiester like I'm holding onto something that's not really there anymore and I don't even knw why I am I need to let go haha ok I won't lie we spilt up last yr jan as well and there's a 24hr gym in my area thank God for that because I had an anxiety attack like 11pm one night so I just jumped into the car with my pjs and went to train and it helped so much

Hey bro yes training is back up I think I put on a kg or so feeling a lil shit tho
For some reason I find myself lost at this point...I still think abt her when I'm at work, at home, even sometimes at gym which is so messed up...I still can't picture her with someone else and more importantly I can't help but think I'll lose my mind and strangle the owe (it's happened before I saw her kissing another guy after we broke up at a club and I strangled him and thru him over the bar) anyway I was on tren back then so I use to be very Agro but in all honesty I can't blame a substance for my behavior...why the fuck am I so lost

Let me tell you something, the fact that she kissed another guy so soon after breaking up with you is proof that she doesn't give a shit about you, she never did and never will. Lex, keep at it bro. Hit the gym HARD, make a new playlist to listen to while lifting to get you pumped, focus on yourself (your enjoyment with life, career, own goals & aspirations ect.) Go and treat yourself to a new pre-workout or something. Life's about you now bro.

That's what I've been doing recently. My test levels are less than a infant girl (will need to go on hormone replacement therapy, probably have to freeze some sperm while I still can), me and my girl of 5 years just broke it off, I have a incredibly stressful year coming up. You can make it through bro. If I can keep my head high - so can you!
